French Speaking Recruitment Consultant Location: London Details: We are targeting the Belgian IT Contract market as one of our major growth markets in 2010 and we are looking for sales driven and dynamic French speaking Recruiters to join us as Recruitment Consultants. Based in London with regular travel to Belgium you will have the following key areas of responsibility: To provide clients in Belgium with IT Contractors Generation of new business via cold-calling and presentations to clients To match candidates to clients job requirements, ensuring that the candidate is technically qualified for the role To develop and maintain relationships with both new and established clients Negotiation of charge rates with clients Negotiation of pay rates with IT Contractors Michael Bailey Associates is an International IT/ICT Staffing Company present in the UK, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Switzerland. Annual sales are currently over €100 million so this represents a fantastic opportunity to join a major player in the European IT Recruitment Industry.
