Project Manager - Higher Skills Pathfinder Location: South West Details: For an organisation which works on behalf of the 13 HE Institutions in the South West. Its Higher Skills project has been running since January 2007 and has achieved significant success to date. The project aims to enhance employer engagement and work-based learning at Higher Education level in the South West. It builds on and extends the existing Train to Gain service. Role is required to bring this project to a successful conclusion and work with the Executive Team to develop future regional skills activities. This will include responsibility for supporting all aspects of the Higher Skills project. Must have a strong project management background and excellent interpersonal, communications and IT skills, possess good problem solving and financial monitoring abilities and be educated to degree level or equivalent. Fixed-term contract until 30th December 2009.
