National Director, Scotland Location: Inverness/Aberdeen/Glasgow Details: Harris Hill Search and Selection on behalf of their client, a national health charity. You will lead the strategic development, policy and public affairs work in Scotland. Ideally you will have; will have: Senior management experience within the voluntary or statutory sector; A working knowledge of public health and national initiatives, including the statutory commissioning environment; Excellent people management and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide direction and leadership in a way that inspires confidence and builds strong relationships; Highly developed communication skills, including an understanding of media management, Scottish parliamentary liaison, and experience of representing an organisation at a senior level; Experience of efficient and effective management of financial resources. Regular travel.
