Team Manager - Helpdesk and Training Location: NW1 Details: The Wellcome Trust is a global charity dedicated to achieving extraordinary improvements in human and animal health. We support the brightest minds in biomedical research and the medical humanities. We currently have a vacancy for an ambitious and innovative manager to lead the delivery of the Wellcome Trust's Grants Helpdesk and Training service offering an exciting opportunity during the implementation of our new ten-year Strategic Plan. You will be responsible for managing and developing the staff and operations of the team to deliver a first class frontline service, providing crucial support to the external research community and the Trust's staff on our grant application systems and processes. You should be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with a proven track record of managing a team of high-performance service providers, the ability to provide effective leadership to your team.
