Annual sales are currently over CH120 million and we currently have over 700 consultants working on projects throughout Europe. The Role In order to achieve our ambitious growth plans we are looking for pro-active dynamic individuals to join our Zurich operation. , In this challenging and exciting role you will have the following key areas of responsibility: To provide clients in Zurich with Recruitment Solutions , Generation of new business via cold-calling and presentations to clients , To match candidates to clients job requirements, ensuring that the candidate is technically qualified for the role , To develop and maintain relationships with both new and established clients , Negotiation of charge rates with clients , Negotiation of pay rates with candidates, Candidate Profile Candidates must be looking for a Recruitment Sales related career. , Due to the international nature of our Industry German and English language skills are essential. , Previous IT or Recruitment is not necessary a passion for sales is a must. , Training In order to realize the potential of all our employees we believe that it is absolutely vital that all our staff receive training in all areas of the recruitment cycle. , We invest heavily in our staff through an Industry leading training programme, which is both structured and practical. , Salary Package We offer an excellent fixed salary and commission package. , Here at MBA we believe that a motivated employee is an effective employee. , Our commission structure is transparent and uncomplicated allowing for uncapped earning potential - you really do get out what you put in! , As well as individual targets and incentives, we encourage and cultivate a team working ethos through team and company-wide incentives, such as weekends away in European Cities and an annual ski-trip for our top performers.
