Entitlements & Rewards Director Location: Edinburgh Details: Young Scot. This influential role involves leading the strategic development of the Young Scot National Entitlement Card and to undertake national operational responsibility for all elements of the card and its multiple associated services. With a strong track record in strategic development at senior level, you will be educated to degree level/or equivalent work experience and preferably with a professional qualification in programme management. Adept at developing and managing multiple stakeholder strategies, you will possess strong influencing skills, commercial acumen and be expert in communicating complex technical and audit issues within the public and commercial sectors. You should have excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing projects, and experience of working with a diverse range of individuals and organisations is a must.
