Recruitment Consultant - Zurich Location: Switzerland Details: Michael Bailey Associates is an International IT/ICT Staffing Company present in the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland. Annual sales are currently over CH120 million and we currently have over 700 consultants working on projects throughout Europe. The Role In order to achieve our ambitious growth plans we are looking for pro-active dynamic individuals to join our Zurich operation. In this challenging and exciting role you will have the following key areas of responsibility: To provide clients in Zurich with Recruitment Solutions Generation of new business via cold-calling and presentations to clients To match candidates to clients job requirements, ensuring that the candidate is technically qualified for the role To develop and maintain relationships with both new and established clients Negotiation of charge rates with clients Negotiation of pay rates with candidates Candidate Profile Candidates must be looking for a Recruitment Sales related career. Due to the international nature of our Industry German and English language skills are essential. Previous IT or Recruitment is not necessary a passion for sales is a must.
