We are targeting the Geneva market as one of our major growth markets over and we are looking for ynamic individuals to join us as Recruitment Consultants. Job title: Recruitment Consultant- Geneva, Switzerland Function: Key areas of responsibility: To provide end users in Geneva with ICT Contractors Generation of new business via cold-calling and presentations to clients To match candidates to clients job requirements, ensuring that the candidate is technically qualified for the role To develop and maintain relationships with both new and established clients Negotiation of charge rates with clients Negotiation of pay rates with ICT Contractors , Training: In order to realize the potential of all our employees we believe that it is absolutely vital that all our Sales and Resourcing staff receive training in all areas of the recruitment cycle.
