*In-House Executive Recruiter Location: London Details: *In-House Executive Recruiter*.*Banking*.*Up to £120,000* A leading Global bank requires an experienced Senior Executive Recruiter to provide consultative, resourcing expertise, support and strategic advice within the team. As the successful incumbent, you will be the main relationship manager between the Senior HRDs, Executive Leadership and their teams and be responsible for the definition and execution of the hiring agenda for designated business areas. You will lead and manage the Executive Resourcing requirements across the bank for all critical hires for the delivery of high quality and cost effective attraction strategy and support the direct hiring agenda. You will also have the ultimate responsibility for the business relationships with regard to recruitment strategy, resourcing demand issues, engage with relevant business areas and manage and resolve non preferred supplier issues. Additionally, you will provide best practice guidance and consistent advice to hiring managers and HR stakeholders on key senior appointments, maintaining governance and control across the piece and be seen as subject matter expert and best in class within the Executive Resourcing discipline and to develop Executive level selection capabilities through effective coaching of hiring managers. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and influencing skills along with a demonstrable track record in key stakeholder/relationship management in a complex business environment. Candidates should additionally have a solid understanding and practical application of a variety of selection methods, knowledge of the banking sector and experience of working in-house.
