Head of Medical HR Location: London Details: Practicus are working in partnership with a large acute trust in London to identify an interim Head of Medical HR for a minimum of 3 months. The ideal candidate will be required to lead a Medical Staffing Team to provide business solutions to support and develop Directorate medical HR strategies for Clinical Directors, lead Clinicians and Service Managers. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of leading a medical HR service. Covering all aspects of employment legislation, policies and procedures and terms and conditions of service. Whilst also leading on disciplinary, performance and sickness matters concerning all medical staff. You will also work closely with the Medical Education Team to support them and promote the trust as a place of excellence.
