Senior Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager Location: Surrey Details: Senior Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager (IT Project Manager Recruitment) is required to join our results focused, highly successful and expanding recruitment team at Client Server in Surrey (KT10). We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience of recruiting Technical Project Managers or Business Analysts to head up a new team of 2 or 3 consultants. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager you will be a hands-on recruiter whilst mentoring a team of consultants and managing client accounts. Senior Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager requirements: * Proven, successful track record in recruiting Technical Project Managers/Business Analysts * Mentoring/management experience * Account Management and business development experience, having achieved strong client relationships leading to multiple placements in each company * Competitive, ambitious and resilient * Naturally bright, articulate and confident As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you can expect to earn an OTE of £90k+ with uncapped commission, subsidised gym membership and the opportunity to win fantastic incentives; previous prizes have included a trip to the World Cup, iPods and go-karting.
