Practice Development Manager - Individual Budgets Location: Cornwall Details: Role is required following a response to a major national initiative to transform the provision of adult social care services by April 2011 and will lead the practice development workstream. This will involve working to a clear change programme and making a significant contribution to the transformation of care services in Cornwall. Must be aware of the policy developments and best practice examples. Also have an understanding of the factors which through partnership combine to deliver excellent outcomes. 37 hours per week. Temporary fixed term contract until 31 March 2011.
